Our starting point is nature. Every tree in a forest shares the water, minerals and nutrients that all trees need to reach their full potential.
Like this, we contribute to a canopy that creates a microclimate underneath that moderates the temperature—neither too hot nor too cold.
This microclimate conserves more water, minerals and nutrients so each of our trees grow to their full potential. It is a true circular economy.
What stops us from sharing is the depth and breadth of our roots. The deeper the roots, the taller we grow. The broader our roots and the more they entangle with each other, the more stable our foundation becomes.
Rocks stop roots from growing. Rather than remove the rocks, we support each of us to embrace the rocks. Like this, we strengthen our foundation.
The canopy is our Mission, the roots are our Personal Purpose, the rocks are our beliefs, which got us here, the water, minerals and nutrients are the money, wisdom and support we need and the fruit are the Masterpieces.
The moment you join us, we will help you to articulate your Soul Purpose, then we will help you to embrace the rocks that are stopping you from growing to your full potential. These tend to be around Money, Time, Power and Love. Then, we will help you to articulate your Mission, Masterpiece and how money flows through you to bring your Masterpiece to life.
The forest is a fractal of our planet's entire ecosystem—neither too hot, nor too cold for life to thrive. When we embrace the beliefs that got humankind here, we can create an entirely new ecosystem that will ensure our children and grandchildren thrive for many generations to come.

Stop sabotaging yourself
Painting mountains around the world in blizzards and gale force winds, has helped me to realize we are not passive participants in a universe that is out of control, but active creators of our own playground. When we stop resisting the lessons it is trying to teach us, and we repurpose our mind to create with love, the universe conspires to bring our dreams rather than our nightmares to life. This is how we become Rainmakers and change our climate for good.

Community
Think of the community like a forest—each tree contributes to the canopy. The canopy creates a microclimate underneath it that modulates the temperature and helps to conserve the water, minerals and nutrients that all trees need in order to grow to the height of the canopy:
Framework
The height of a tree in a forest is dependent on the depth of the roots. Think of the Framework, which we call the #Masterpiece Diamond as both the series of Pathways to discover your Masterpiece by discovering your roots (Purpose and Shadows) and the series of Pathways through which you bring it to life (Mission, Conscious Creation, Communications, Cashflow and Coordination.
Retreats
What stops the roots from growing is rocks (our unconscious shadows). Rather than remove the rocks which tends to destabilize the tree and the forest, we encourage participants to embrace the rocks i.e. wrap their roots around them by seeing the benefit in them. Think of the online and offline retreats as the portal through which you can embrace the rocks in your life and articulate what you are here to create.
